Cancellations and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with each purchase, however if our products don’t meet your expectations, then please email us on srisrirashmi@yahoo.co.nz explaining your concern and including your order invoice number. All claims must be notified and authorised within 15 days of receipt of goods. Goods returned for credit must be approved prior to return. We will either replace the product or refund your money at your request (less postage costs).

Sri Sri Tattva NZ will process any refunds within a reasonable time of agreeing to do so.

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, used and/or damaged, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
